At Upland Original, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you're not completely happy, we offer a 14-day return window from the date of delivery. Please review the details of our refund policy below:

Returns & Refunds:

You have 14 days from the delivery date to request a return or refund.

To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition you received them.

Please note that a $15.00 restocking fee will apply to all returned items.

Restocking Fee:

A restocking fee of $15.00 will be deducted from your refund to cover processing and handling costs.

How to Request a Return:

To initiate a return, please contact us at orders@uplandoriginal.com with your order number and the reason for the return.

Once your return is approved, we will provide you with detailed instructions on how to send your item back to us.

Refunds:

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the status of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7 days, minus the restocking fee.

Non-Returnable Items:

Items marked as final sale

Shipping Costs:
